Ken Spacht has been a resident of Mason, NH for over thirty years. He started his plowing business in 2004 with one truck and four driveway customers. In 2025 he added truck # 30 to the fleet!
Today, his business covers much of southern New Hampshire, with multiple routes serving commercial and municipal customers. He takes great pride in the reputation of excellence he has built up in the Monadnock region over the past 22 years for both plowing and construction services.
He is active in the New Hampshire fire service on the local and state level. He is a Deputy Fire Chief in Mason, Special Deputy Warden for the State Wildland Fire Service and has traveled out of state for numerous wildland fire details, from Quebec to California to Florida and many places in between.
In 2018 Ken and Courtney established Wolf Rock Companies which include the Construction and Snow removal business that we have been running since 2004 but also added Wolf Rock Wildfire Inc., a contracting company hired by the USDA to provide wildland firefighting crew and equipment to assist federal resources on wildland fire incidents throughout the US but primarily based in Montana.
In his free time, Ken enjoys snowmobiling and alpine skiing.
Charles Buttrick – Charlie joined our team in 2013 as a fill in plow driver and has since become our go to guy for trucking and maintenance and repair work. Charlie brings a lifetime of experience farming which has saved the day more than once. In his spare time he can be found in a hay field or garden on his family farm in Greenville where he lives and is also the Fire Chief.
Chris Greenwood - Chris joined our team very early on when we secured our first town plow contract. He now is responsible for a section of state road mainly located in Greenville where he has been dependably serving for the past 5 years. He lives in Mason with his wife and 3 children and is a long time member of the Mason Fire Department. In his spare time he enjoys long walks on the beach!
Courtney Spacht – Courtney has agreed to learn bookkeeping side of the business. She also operates Sugar Maple Ranch in Mason where she has built a large base of clients for horse boarding and riding lessons.
Zachary Partridge – Zac joined our team in 2019 to drive a plow truck out of the Temple Mountain NH DOT facility where he quickly got a good education in plowing (his first storm was a 50+ hour event!) He has since proven to be a great helper on construction sites as well as a very safe truck driver. Zac lives in Mason with his family and volunteers for the Mason Fire Department.
Brian Shaw- Brian re joined our crew in 2025 after a few years away and immediately made an impact with his problem solving skill in the construction world, CDL license for winter maintenance and a well qualified member of our fire crew. Brian lives in Antrim with his Wife and enjoys hunting and fishing in his off time.
Claire Augustus – Claire helps us in the office with accounting and payroll and generally keeping things on track. She lives In Mason in a home Wolf Rock had the pleasure of building for her family!
Paul Hebert – Paul joined the Wolf Rock crew in 2025 to assist in day to day operations. Paul has spent a significant amount of time learning the lesser know aspects of the Construction and Fire business in an effort to keep things running flawlessly while most of the crew is out on fire assignments across the country. Paul lives in Lyndeborough on his beautiful Chase Hill Orchard in a home Wolf Rock had the pleasure of building for him along with a Timber frame barn which he opens to the public during apple season!
